Building solution error (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I have downloaded the latest code from the MediaPortal 1 trunk and tried to build the solution, but it results in 84 errors?

I couldn't find anything about this in the start develop part.

Can anyone help me getting started?

have you installed all the DirectX and .NET SDKs ?

What type of errors are these?

The errors are like:

Error 2 Source file 'D:\Developing Projects\Common-MP-TVE3\SolutionInfo.cs' could not be opened ('Unspecified error ') Utils
Error 3 Source file 'D:\Developing Projects\Common-MP-TVE3\OsInfo\OSPrerequisites.cs' could not be opened ('Unspecified error ') Utils
Error 4 Source file 'D:\Developing Projects\Common-MP-TVE3\OsInfo\OSInfo.cs' could not be opened ('Unspecified error ') Utils
Error 5 Metadata file 'D:\Developing Projects\MediaPortal1\MediaPortal.Support\bin\Debug\MediaPortal.Support.dll' could not be found Core
Error 6 Metadata file 'D:\Developing Projects\MediaPortal1\Utils\bin\Debug\Utils.dll' could not be found Core

and so on...

have you checked out both the MP and Common-MP-TVE3 repositories from SVN

I only checkout MP: https://sources.team-mediaportal.com/svn/public/trunk/mediaportal

There are nowhere telling me to download both?

But I should checkout Common-MP-TVE3 to? I will try that thanks

Check out the entire trunk. Much easier to work with and the files in the "Build" folder makes it easy to build an installer.
