Hello,

MP 1.2.0 and 1.1.0 using DigitalDevices CI-interface with a VIAccess CAM is working properly on VIAccess encrypted channels. But same configuration using a Unicam is failing on scrambled channels. Using the same Unicam in a HD-Receiver works properly!
I assume, MP is not waiting long enough for response of the CAM?!
Attached you will find logs of my 1.1.0 installation (using the patch files from morpheus_xx in order to support DigitalDevices cards with CI-interface)

Thanks you
Frank

AW: CAM support for Unicam is failing (TVServer)

The problem was related to the Unicam. In case a Unicam is used, this CAM should only be assigned to one tuner, because it doesn't support MTD.
As soon as Unicam is assigned to a single tuner, everything works properly (many thanks to Morpheus_xx)

the DD-Config tool allows to assign all available CAMs to all available tuners. It is not a feature of MP, but of the DigitalDevices device driver
