Camera placement in CoverFlow (1 Viewer)

I just added Andy's camera patch from https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/mediaportal-skins-50/cover-flow-angle-placement-89008/#post697612 and combined with the new possibility to set the height, width and position of coverflow, it works really well:

There is still a small issue when a cover disappears without being offscreen (as the left cover will do in my screenshot). As catavolt wrote, it takes to long to disappear, but that is not something I made, it has just been happening offscreen before

This will ultimately allow fixing problems like this:

Andy already posted a patch in https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/mediaportal-skins-50/cover-flow-angle-placement-89008/#post697612

I knew I had seen that <camera> tag somewhere, but I thought it was in the old Wiki. So the changes I posted in #0 in this thread, should be disregarded with Andys existing implementation.

Now we just need his patch to be pushed forward...
