I have a system with 3 tv-cards but it is working realy bad, I have sent a couple of e-mails but no one answers them.

So my big question is - Do I want more than possible of my MP?

The following threads that I have written is not answered by anyone, am I the only one with these problems?

I am sorry. I have no idea about that the flowchart.
I remember there once was one somewhere in the Wiki but i will be quite outdated by now and no one update it.

    Regarding your multituner problems:

From time to time we had mantis entries (bugtracker issues) about such misbehaviour but they should be solved.
From the version you reported (revision 23491) is see that you must be using an svn snapshot since stable 1.0.2 was released in around April and 1.1 BETA in September.

So to solve your problems i would suggest to first install the stable 1.0.2 and check if your problems are still there.
If yes, please try the 1.1 BETA and perhaps install the latest snapshots

You can download the version from here MEDIAPORTAL - free media center - MediaPortal Downloads

Since you are on a quite old snapshot it makes no sense to hunt for a bug.
Snapshots are always potentially unstable - that's why they are just snapshots and no beta or stable releases :)

    Thank you for your answer.

I have installed the latest SVN after my posting and will try it out later today.
If it not works for me, I will try 1.0.2 stable etc as you sugested.

If the problems exists in all versions, should I then try the latest SVN again and submit a bug?

    Thanks for your support.

    Hello gemx.

Now have I tried to reproduce my problem with latest 1.1.0 beta SVN. Here is the result.

I have added a picture that shows my planned recordings and what happened. I also attached my log files.

Even that I not have tried the the "stable" release. I would really apricheate if you could look at the log files.
If you look at the log files it shows that MP thinks it ends the recordings at the correct time but in reality the file is ended when the next recording starts even when it is on the same mux(transponder)

    Best regards
    Conny

ps. it is no problem for me to record more than two channels at once from the same mux if I do it manually ds.

And this shows when I manually record 5 channels from one transponder at once with no problem.
BUT the same problem is there, it cuts silently the recording when I start the next.

Can you see any clues to my problem.

I assume that your CAM isn't able to decode all channels at the same time and therefor stops to record the other recording. What is the CAM limit that you have configured for the card? Are you sure that your CAM can handle this amount of channels?

I have set the CAM limit to 0 (ignore limit) But I have also tried to set it to 2 with no success.

My biggest problem is that it has worked, but not anymore, I have tried 1.0.2 and 1.1.0 beta 1 and latest SVN. But with no success.

I have saved recordings where I have recorded at least three channels at once that are encrypted.

    But now it dont work....

    Hi Spot2000,

if I read your table correctly https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...se-mp-real-do-anyone-care-answer-schedule.jpg, then each new starting recording on same transponder cut's off the previous one.

I have experienced the same issue with my TechniCrypt CX CAM! It is able to decode 5 "session" (which I expect to be PID's, i.e. 1 video, 2 audio+ ....). So I expect the same source for problems as I have seen. Sometimes I had luck and it worked, maybe because CAM did handle to amout of recorded PIDs, but mostly I got cut off recordings.

Currently I have no other idea :(
