I have got the exact same problem. I cannot even change the channels using the manual part of the server GUI.

since that i restarted the service, i've been able to change channel... It´s really slow and i can´t use any lan-clients, just the single-seat-plugin =(

I just installed the latest tv server and I can now change channels again. I have also got my laptop changin channels running on a wireless connection now(channel changes ~3 sec).
I had lots of problems with Mediaportal crashing all the time on the laptop before. Today I changed the decoder to Sonic and I have not had any crash since.

Are you running MySQL or MsSQL?
I hade similar kind of problem since TV server svn13444 (approx.). Could not run clients through LAN, only single seat worked.
I was running MySQL, but when I changed to MsSQL it worked great!? Don't know why, but it's a fact

I am running MsSql. Could the problem be that you have not opened port 3306 in the firewall. It is needed to connect to the MySql server.

Should be open, but I will check that tonight. Tnx!
The thing that's strange though, is if I go back to earlier svn it works ok.
