Steps:
1. Select video from main menu
2. Switch View to Title
3. Select a DVD title (that you know is on a removable disc).
4. System says "Insert correct CD/DVD"
5. If you can, all well and good. If you can't, there is no way to back out, just an OK button. Even pressing START leaves the dialog box up.
Patch changes OK dialog box to Yes/No so that you can back out. Code is already present to action it.
It would be better if the box said OK/Cancel, but I couldn't find one. Perhaps you can override the button captions?
