Cannot chose purevideo for h.264 decoding (1 Viewer)

I would like to have DXVA hardware acceleration when watching HD TV (h.264). I have checked it, and GeForce 7600 GS (agp version) should be able to do this. However, I cannot find the "purevideo" option in mediaportal configuration under decoders for h.264 (it only shows ffmpeg and some others). For the mpeg2 I have the "purevideo" chosen.

Any ideas would be MOST welcome

As i know Nvidia pure video decoder is only MPEG2 decoder, not h.264. Use something else for this like PDVD, MPC-HC decoder and etc.

On the Purevedeo website it states, that is also supports h.264 mpeg-4 support?

Its about PureVodeo technology, not codec itself
