Cannot grab music album info (1 Viewer)

I am relatively new to Mediaportal and I am now trying to integrate my MP3 collection.
When I am trying to find coverart, the program grabs the appropriate covers from Amazon.com, but when I try to find and show the album info Mediaportal displays the message "No albums found".
The MP3s are correctly added to the music database and have ID3 tags displayable by Windows Explorer.
Where does Mediaportal get the album information from, and why can't it get it?

The behaviour changed! Now when I try to add album info, a list of albums is displayed and the correct album is among them. But when I select it and try to get the info, I get again the message "No album found".
