cannot play movie file from Database view (1 Viewer)

I have been having a rather strange issue with a particular WMV file. At one time, I was able to play this file without a problem, but not anymore. Here's what's going on....

Playing the file from the movie Database view, I am immediately brought back to the list of movies. The video never begins.

If I switch over to Share view, I can play the file without a problem.

I have tried to delete the entry in the movie database and create a new one, but that has not resolved the issue.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

I would say log files would really help on this.
