Hi out there
I have been trying to get Mediaportal up and run during the last month with a Hauppauge HVR 3000 hybrid card - but I have some major problems.
I have now removed the version 0.2.0.0 and 0.2.1.0 - and also deleted the folders in "Program files" so that I could start on a fresh with 0.2.2.0.
But - I still have the same problems - when I start the configuration wizard it detects the Hauppauge Analog Card and will also detects the channels there. When finished it continues with the Radio Channels - also OK. Then it detects the HVR 3000 DVB-S part of the card and will also run successfully there - but it will not detect the DVB-T part of the card.
When I start over and restart the MP Setup program I can delete the HVR 3000 Analog card and the HVR 3000 DVB-S card and try add them again.
From the drop-down I can select either Analog, DVB-T or DVB-S. If I select DVB-T it will try add the card but pops up a dialog box where the setup program tells me "Cannot create graph for this device" but add's device but the card is added.
Afterwards I cannot add more cards in this case. and nothing is "pre-configured" and the "autotune" tab is missing.
If I instead select either Analog or DVB-S I can add both of these devices and also configure them but not add the DVB-T device afterwards - no more cards detected
What am I doing wrong here ? I have tried with several different versions of drivers from Hauppauge - also the latest for MCE - ver. 3.1F where I have tried the "DVB-S as DVB-T" option but no difference.
What do I need to do to "create a graph for this device" or in general - what am I doing wrong when adding this card ? Any suggestions? Has anyone got the HVR 3000 card up and running with MediaPortal?
best regards
