Cannot start TV and scan has no signal

Are there step by step instructions for this possibly with screen shots of the windows where to enter it?</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'">I also tried completely uninstalling MediaPortal and reinstalling it again. However, now during the scan for channels there is “no signal”</span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'">Oddly before doing the scan the TV channels I scanned in before were listed in the TV EPG grabber. This is strange as I completely uninstalled the software and cleaned everything and reinstalled it again so I would not expect to see these listed. Perhaps it did not uninstall properly. I tried a complete uninstall and reinstall before for a similar problem and it solved the problem.
