Cannot stop MP starting at windows startup (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I am finding that media portal starts when windows starts regardless of how the option is set in the MP conf utility. I have made sure that MP isn't in my startup folder also. Does anyone know how I can stop MP starting when windows does ?
