Can't access TV Groups in tv-server Config (1 Viewer)

Hi

As the title says in can't access the tv groups section in the channel config, click on it and nothing happens has been ok in the past but i have had no reason to go in there for some months, so j have probably installed some plugins upgraded skin etc but nothing to do with tv server

It is generating an error in the error.log which seems to point to a database problem I will paste error below
So what is my best course to resolve this problem?
