Can't add S-Videochannels on hauppauge colossus (1 Viewer)

Hi, I'm a noob to mediaportal and trying to get my tvserver working. I followed the wiki and some posts, but can't get my hauppauge colossus card to work.

According to the wiki, I need to click "add s-video channels" button, but I get the error "S-video channels could not be detected". I have the lastest drivers installed from the hauppauge website. Also, the colossus works fine in wintv and arcsoft showbiz.

Sounds like the Colossus might be in use by other software. Could you post your TV Server logs so I can take a look please.

1. Open TV Server configuration.
2. Click "open log directory" in the top left hand corner.
3. Zip up the files you find there.
4. Post the zip file here.

I found the fix. I'm on server 2008 r2 and didn't install the BDA drivers. Thanks anyway.
