Cant change Recording to "Series" in tvServer setup (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone,

First off Awsome media centre and the more i get into it the more i like it.

The problem i am having is in TV-Server Configuration/Recording Settings/Custom paths and filenames tab there is an option for "Recording". the defult is Movies. if i change it to Series it will change fine and i can even change the format underneath, however once i click on Ok it seems to go back to Movies. If i start the TV-Server configuration again it will display movies and also my recordings have the same format as movies.

I would like to change this to Series so that when my programs record i get the correct information for the TV-Series plugin.

I am running xp pro and am also logged in as an administrator etc. All other changes i have made seem to be fine and only having problems with this one.

Any help would be great

Hi,

here you only selec tthe format of the filename for each type, you have always both, depend on how you record.
Two samples:

once = movie format

allways on this channel = serie format

Since MP 1.1 (for me), the recordings are no longer saved in individual folders (.ts file and .xml file) as they were previously, is there any way to change this back?

Check the following setting:

setuptv->recordings->custom paths and file names.
