Cant connect (1 Viewer)

I have tried to set up the latest versions of mediaportal and tv-server
several times now and testing all kinds of advices found here at the
support forums.
The only progress is that i can stream to vlc by manually setting the
rtsp adress on client machine, thats all.............
When starting the client for the first time i also have to give the adress
to the server, and it says it ´s connected, but there it ends.
Any tips ?

Now i can connect to the server from the same machine
if i run the client there, so it must be a firewall or a router
problem as i can se.
In the release of tv-server it would be nice with a really
bullet proof setup for the server and client communication,
so my grandma can fix it..... for example
