have you clicked at the checkboxes, or have you selected them by holding down STRG and click on every channel you want to delete?

I shift marked them as i in explorer or in any other programs. I didnt matter if they were checked or not.

However i managed to remove them now.

    1) I have updated to the latest SVN.
    2) I runned the WebEPG and choosed only the channels i wanted.
    3) I removed the unwanted channels ONE at a time. -> Worked.

Before i tried only to update SVN -> didnt work.

    So i tried this.

    1) Rescan for all channels:
    2) Try to remove unwanted channels all at a time. -> Worked!

    Next try i did this:

    1) Rescan all channels:
    2) Rerun WebEPG and choose 1 channels i dont want in addition to the others.
    3) Try to remove the unwanted channel -> Worked!!

I cant come up with any more tests. The issue seems to be resolved.

Are there any known bugs in the database processing/handling?

no, only importing (restore) channellist.xml seems to have issues atm.
deleting channels also works fine here.

    :D for testing :)
