Hi together,

I just installed a Analog Pinnacle TV Card with an composite connector in my HTPC to be able to see the signal of my Wii gaming Konsole attached to the composite plug. I installed the s-video channel (through clicking the button s-video) and selected the CVBS#1 channel to build a preview picture of the attached Wii.

I get an error message Preview failed: GraphBuildingFailed

I also tried to switch the other CVBS#... Channels (three more) mixed with automatic or Line in#...also putting VCR to on wouldn´t help.

Watching TV on my Hauppage card on SAT works fine :D

System
GPU:
ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO AGP
Tuners:
Hauppauge WinTV Nova-S
Pinnacle PCTV Analog
OS:
Win XP SP3
MP:
V 1.1.2.0

It would be nice if someone could take a short loook :D

regards Wapiya

Hmm, I missed this - sorry
Fair enough that you gave up waiting. Having said that, it looks like there could be a genuine code issue here so l'd love to solve it if you'd be willing to try the tuner s-video/composite input again. I've attached a debug version of TVLibrary that would help me track down the problem.

    Instructions for use:
    1. Stop TV Server.
    2. Take a backup of the TVLibary.dll in your TV Server install folder.
    3. Download and extract the TVLibrary.dll attached to this post into your TV Server install folder.
    4. Clear your TV Server logs.
    5. Start TV Server.
    6. Attempt to do the same thing that caused the error before.
    7. Post your tv.log and error.log (if there is one) here.
