Cant install 1.0 or rc3 1.0 can install2.0 (1 Viewer)

As topic i get an error directly after the install is complete mediaportal has run in to problems and must be turned off

I dont have an tv card on my comp can this be the problem .

I have installed and run the BDA/DVB hotfix still same res...

But i can install and watch mediaportal2:(

    Please follow the guidelines for support/bug threads. Please read it in full.

    To summarize:
    1. Updated system details
    2. Provide full logs (Logs Collector on START menu)
    3. Explain what you did and what happened

    You are more likely to get help if you provide enough information for people to evaluate your issue.

    Getting v1.0.0 running should be your goal since v2 was only a technology preview.
    No TV card will not be the problem.

    1 xp home sp3 E2160 HD4650 2GB ram 3 SATA drives 1 IDE HDD 1 ASUS quiet track DVD/CD SATA DRIVE
    If there is some drives that needs to be free here are the drives i am using for my partions
    C: System
    D: Dokuments
    E: Mount drive
    F: Files
    O: CD/DVD drive
    P: Progam
    T: Temp
    Z: Zwap

    2 the progam wont install mediaportal deploy tool has to be turned off

    3 installing the progam got to 100% then the error

    4 I have installed all underprograms and codec that is in this guide

    THX anyway by the quick reply

    Update there is no log created because the program does not install.
