Can't see windows programs behind MP (1 Viewer)

I did a reinstall and now I can't see the popup context menu for my remote (external application) Same with the volume green bars. I briefly see the menu and then it disappears but is still the active thing.

I can't remember what I have to tic to make this work.

Maybe this one:
In MP Configuration; General; Untick Always on top.

That is unticked already. I think its in general settings though.

btw my mouse won't auto hide either. (found the fix for that here https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/newcomers-forum-240/dreaded-mouse-cursor-58197/index3.html)

Ahhh..... Its doesn't work when there is a moving image (TV or Video etc) playing but works when its just the blue menus
