My subtitles are always on.

When I try to turn it off by pressing the "L" key, I don't have any results.

Only one time with a stacked movie, it was not showing the subtitle, and after pressing "L" is was on.

The movie was divx wit .srt subtitle.

What can I check to make it work again?

I've made a workaround using Autohotkey. If you don't want to install that should this problem arise for you, you can use my compiled .exe and add it to the autostart folder of Windows 8.1 and above. The functionality then is, when you press the Volume Up button on your MCE remote, this will send ALT+TAB to your HTPC, bringing...

Got into Disk Management to Change Drive Letter and Path for J: but found the "Mount in the following empty NTFS folder" & "Browse" are both grayed out. Diskpart using an Admin CMD allowed me to Select Volume and Assign it to an empty NTFS folder. You've been a great help.
