I had a similar problem last night....I've been out of town for several days. When I returned last night I couldn't play any of the recordings from the night before. (The error that showed was - 'audio codec'). Recordings that had been made sevral days prior were fine. Trying to tune live TV to those channels that wouldn't play back, didn't work. Checking the recordings folder, I discovered that I didn't have any .TS files for the evening that was not playing back. I tried to preview the suspect channels in TV Server Config - error couldn't start graph. Checked the channels with TSReader Lite and everything looks fine. I tried a rescan of the tuner....no new channels found or updated. TV log showed:

WaitForPMT: Waiting for PMT.
WaitForPMT: Timed out waiting for PMT after 10 seconds. Increase the PMT timeout value?

I soon discovered that PID associated with each particular program number had been changed by our cable provided. I corrected the problem PIDs in the TuningDetails database and everything works fine again.
Hope this helps!
