I am unable to watch some channels (one HD channel and a few SD channels). Selecting them only gives no sound and either a black image or a frozen frame. If I connect to the stream with vlc from another computer it runs just fine there. I can also watch these channels using firedtvviewer.

The attached logs should show starting MP and selecting one of the non-working channels.

    Hi,

Its generally related to audio problem. In your log, 5 audio channels are present in PMT, but 4 streams only are really present.

Try to select another audio language.

You were right! Changing the audio stream makes the SD channels work. I unchecked the 'prefer AC3' switch so I don't have to change it every time. This unfortunately means that I have to change a few other channels manually, but...

For the HD channel (History Channel HD) it made no difference though. I've attached two sets of log files. The first shows starting MP and choosing the channel directly, while the other shows first picking an SD channel and then switching over to the troublesome HD channel.

I've updated to RC4, but I'm still unavailable to watch History Channel HD. I can't record from it either. Attached is logs from when I capture a raw dump using setuptv to start timeshift. The dump is uploaded to the ftp as se_telenor_12128_S_HistoryChannelHD_scrambled.ts.

    Hi Wbunaarf,

Please, could you try this Tvlibrary.dll and attach the resulting tv.log.
It will not correct anything, but I've seen something a bit suspicious....;)

    Hi,

I replaced TvLibrary.dll, rebooted and made a new raw dump. The logs are attached. In case you need it I also uploaded the new dump to the ftp as se_telenor_12128_S_HistoryChannelHD_scrambled_2.ts.

Btw, using this tvlibrary.dll the other HD channels had sound but only black picture. Reverting back to the RC4 one the picture is back again.

    New logs are attached.

Not only does this version give picture on the other HD channels, but History Channel HD is also working! Also, BBC HD is a new channel here. It didn't work either, but I just thought that they hadn't started yet. Well, this version of the library started it... :)

    Thank you very much indeed!
