Is that supposed to mean that L5.1 streams play using DXVA now? Because they don't on my HD3200 IGP.

I've always been able to play them with DXVA turned off though (albeit with high CPU), so it's no big deal.

In the last 6 months I've built 3 systems with onboard ATI graphics and they all seem to have a problem playing high bitrate content in any VMR mode in MPC-HC, with the video stuttering every 3 seconds, whether DXVA is being used or not. This doesn't happen in Overlay mode. I've never been able to work out why this happens
