Has anyone tried it out and found out what the following two notes mean:
- Catalyst Control Center: Some of the missing "Monitor Attributes" options in the
Displays tab are now available
- Refresh rates are now applied properly for standard and optimized HDTV modes in
Catalyst Control Center

Hi All,
I tried 9.8 for a couple of days, but found it really messed with playback of just about everything (bluray, mkv & live tv).
I had low FPS, dropped frames and lots of jitter. Was a major step backwards for me, so reverted back to 9.6
Now back to an 'almost' happy stage.
