My Computer:

I have no Nero to reduce the noise. The German Tool CD Bremse doesn't handle my DVD Burner as a DVD Burner I can only reduce the Speed of CDs.
Is there another program?

As it caused some problems the drive speed option was removed from MP config.

Nero Drivespeed is freeware
