Change commercials skipping logic (2 Viewers)

Hi,

Currently skipping TV recording commercials will always take you to the end of commercial break (either previous or next). Sometimes the commercial break is detected incorrectly by comskip and the show skips. There is no way to go back exactly to the point where the skip starts.

To fix this:
Could the comskip commercial skipping logic be changed so that pressing skip buttons would take you to the end or start of the break depending on where you are on the timeline?

Personally would love to be able to switch ad skipping on\off from within MP's GUI, most BBC programs just do not need it
