Synopsis::

Whenever I try to enter a channel directly (ex. typing 24 on my keyboard or remote) the channel MP changes to is one higher (ex it will tune to channel 25, and MP shows the info for 25). When using the guide everything works correctly. I'm using xmltv and the zap2it guide if that has anything t do with this. I wasn't able to find any similiar posts but I also wasn't sure what to search for so forgive me if this is a repeat!

This is a known issue as MP logically numbers the channels starting at number 1.

It becomes a problem if you have gaps in your channel list.

MP Channel = TV Channel
1 = 1
2 = 2
3 = 4
4 = 5
5 = 7
6 = 8
7 = 10
...etc

There is no fix/patch/workaround other then keeping in mind you have to manually adjust yourself.
