Channel sorting problems (1 Viewer)

I'm having trouble sorting my channels in MediaPortal 1.0.2. The help file shows the following dialog in the TV Server Management console:

Note the presence of 'Up' and 'Down' buttons at the bottom, and the multiple tabs across the top. I mention the tabs, because another post (which I've since lost) in this forum recommends always using the 'All Channels' tab to sort channels with. However, I don't have Up/Down buttons or an 'All Channels' tab - my dialog just looks like this:

I found that I could drag channels up and down to sort them, which I've done - and the management console remembers them. However, it doesn't seem to have had any effect on the channel order in "My TV->Channel". Here, ITV stays resolutely at the top, and BBC 1 and 2 are far down the list.

Any ideas?

The same is true for the 'all channels' group in the TV Guide:

go to TV Channels -> TV Groups and sort the channels there using drag and drop method. The arrangement you create there will be how they are displayed in your TV Guide.
