I tested this several times and came up with the same results.
MP remembers if you have MY TV turned ON or OFF when you exit. If you exit with it on and go into my TV, it will start right back up on the same channel. If you close down MP with MY TV turned off it will not start back up until you turn it back on by the button or select a channel in the guide.
Lets say I am watching channel 2 and then shut down MY TV and then exit. When I come back (because I turned of My TV) it does not turn back on. I then go into the guide and select channel 3. MY TV comes back on into the little window. (I can confirm this by what my guide says and what show is showing on my mini screen)
When I hit esc to go back to the bigger window it automatically SWITCHES back to Channel 2.
I think this is because it thinks that this is the first time you have turned on MY TV and wants to display the last channel.
I am pretty sure this is a bug... it's any easy test... can anyone else confirm?
