Hi devs,

according to Frodo's appeal to supply localised channel lists, I made such a XML channel list for my home area. It's a public cable operator here in the state of NRW,Germany, called ISH, which serves around a million people. So perhaps usefull for some people.

I send this file to Frodo some 8 weeks ago via the supplied email adress, but the list did not make it's way into RC3.  Can anybody take over or supply a How-to ?
