channels don't match (1 Viewer)

I'm sure this has been asked, but i can't find it anywhere. My channels 1 and 2 are just static, so I deleted them from my channel list. Now, when viewing TV, and I type in "20" on my remote, it brings me to channel 22. I am assuming this is because channel 22 is the 20th channel? Is the only way to prevent this to leave those static channels on my list? The bad part is that it is channel 1, so it will start up to that channel all the time. Any ideas?

It sounds like the same problem I had, and it's a really simple (and stupid) fix.

I was just reading your post. Where is that option to turn using the index on or off? I looked before, and didn't see it.

got it, under 'television'. 'select channel by index'
