check .net framework version (1 Viewer)

Hallo

I want to make a small application or something like that, witch check the version of the .net framework installed on the computer. And then use this to start two diffrent programs.
One program for .net 1.1 and another one for .net 2.0.

Is there someone who know a easy way to do this?
