[TV] Check Signal for Recording (1 Viewer)

I have had a problem recently where by I schedule a recording on a combined DVB-T/DVB-S channel and it failed. It turned out the tuning details I had set for two of the three cards were incorrect.

So as my suggestion, rather than just failing, MediaPortal should check the signal is OK and if not try the next available card until it finds a good signal. The same as it would if I tried to watch the channel.
