Hi

I will be moving to the Netherlands (Den Haag) very soon and I would like to get advice for picking a DSL provider. I'm looking for something fast and cheap... Also I would like to know if I need to have a phone line subscription to get DSL or if I can save the cost of the phone as I plan to use VoIP only.

Thanks in advance for your help!

You always need a telephone line. It is possible to rent the line from the adsl provider but, I don't think that's a good choice:

KPN belbudget plan about 9,67 a month
Line rent with adsl provider about 9,30 a month

If the voip for some reason doesn't work with the belbudget plan you can stil make phone calls

Good sites to find a adsl line is: www.adslvergelijker.nl

You could also have a look at cable internet with voip
