Choppy ISO/IMG playback through MP (1 Viewer)

I have two different problems here that maybe someone can shed some light on.

Problem One: For some reason ISO, IMGs, BINs, etc will not play through MP when I am in Titles view for videos. I have Daemon Tools all set up correctly (I know this because of problem two) but when I hit OK on an ISO in Titles view it either does nothing or asks me to insert the correct CD/DVD

Problem Two: So I switch to Shares view and select an ISO or IMG. The file mounts in Daemon Tools and begins playback but the audio and video is very choppy. I've tried using both ffdshow and the MPV decoder under Videos -> Video Player but it's the same probelm with both.

If I change it to use an external viewer, Mediaplayer Classic in this case, the playback is smooth as silk. No issues. Of course now I can't use the remote for navigation.

So I'd really like to figure out why a) the files won't play back in Title view and b) the player in MP is choking on these files so bad when launched from Share view and played back using the MP player.

For playing dvd's or dvd image files use the mpc decoder and not ac3 if you want smooth playback.
Another solution is to sét the refresh rate in automatic refresh rate to 50hz for playing PAL.
