I'm running 1.1.4 if MP, but for quite some time, MP has had VERY chuggy playback of 720p and 1080p content. The TV series plugin is perfectly smooth on any 720p or 1080p.
I have a TV capable of 24hz playback and I have set up dynamic refresh rate in MP. In any case, if one of those were the problem, I'd be getting chuggy playback on any 24hz content, not just through this plugin.
Hardware is no slouch, 3.2Ghz CPU and a 5670 video card with 4GB RAM running W7 64-Bit, but again, if that were a problem, it would be a problem with all content.
What can I do to diagnose this problem? Any programs I can run to see what's happening during playback?
