Synopsis::

Im using a Floppy-DTV-S with an original Dutch CD card and Aston CAM. It seems that MP is not supporting the Common Interface (CI) of the Floppy-DTV. I get a picture on the first channel only (ie the default channel), but after changing channels all encrypted channels remain black. FTA channels can be viewed without any problems. DISECQ is supported without problems. I use 3 LNBs (192E, 282E and 130E)
When using MyTheatre all works perfect.

Can someone let me know if Im doing something wrong here? Isnt the Common Interface supported for the Floppy-DTV / Fire DTV?

thanks,
remco

    this is weird, the CI of the floppy/firedtv products is fully supported
    and tested
    I can confirm that its working for DVB-S/C/T
    perhaps filling in a support template helps us solving it

    @ remco

    Are you sure that you have one of the last CVS's? I had something like you describe with the original RC3 release (could not change channels without loosing the picture: everytime had to change channel and then reboot MP) but this was fixed with one of the CVS. Also the last one (02-04) works fine for me.
    The only thing (but this has always been) is that I always first get "no signal detected" before I finally get the picture after a few seconds. I am not sure if this is typical for the firedtv or MP.

    Cheers,
    Ronald

    Ronald,
    I installed a fresh XPSP2 image tonight and reinstalled everthing. Stil the same problem occurs. I have todays build, I have the bda drivers v2 like you, but NO images appear for encrypted channels, not even after 20 seconds. FTA works fine. For example for NED1 it simply says "no signal". Again, mytheatre works like a dream. I must be overseeing something obvious. Do you have any tips that I can try? How many lnbs do you have?

    I finally found what the problem was: My Aston CAM is giving me problems and seems to stop working. It also started to give problems in Mytheatre now. I have now taken my Matrix Revolutions CAM and set it back to the original UCAS 3.1 and everthing works now.

    thanks guys for your help!
