Cinergy S2 PCI HD : signal quality always 49% (1 Viewer)

Hi,

With this card, my signal quality is always 49% and signal level 0%, for all channels.

I try with ProgDVB, and others software, the signal is good and different of 49% ...

I also try with another Driver, and it's same result.

Card : Cinergy DVB-S2 PCI HD
Driver : 1.01.02.501 (latest)
OS : Win7 32
TVServer : 1.1.2

Do you have signal problems? If not then I would just ignore it...
If you do have signal problems then you need to post your log files.

Hi again

I guess it is possible that it is a bug. Where are you reading these signal values from? Is it in TV Server configuration when you scan or manually tune, or is it in MediaPortal (by right clicking and selecting "tuning details")?

I will need to see your TV Server logs...

I have no signal problems, but I think it's a bug ...

Signal statistics the BDA drivers are reporting aren't compatible between drivers. So either the other software you have are having HW specific code for the signal level detection or those are "tuned" towards different HW.

Same "problem" here but no problem on channel tuning. It's only a cosmetic issue.

Yes, it's a good card. No problem with it, except the signal level ....
