All,
First off the basics:
-Comcast Digital starter package - talked to Comcast and confirmed they are sending clear QAM
-Hauppage 1600 digital/analog card
-Windows XP
-latest stable download of MP
-Win7 tv player from hauppage download
Ok, in win7 I am able to scan for channels and it finds clear qam channels that I can watch. However no matter what configuration I do when scanning for clear qam channels in mp tv configuration it doesn't find any channels. Any suggestions for this?
Also, even in the win7 program, when I get the channels there is no channel identification. How do I find this?
