Hello together,
I try to get acess to my tv server with my client pc. I can watch TV, mini EPG is function. Access to EPG and recording is aborted. I should tipe in the ip of the TV Server PC. But this is absolutely correct.
Eroor message:
Connection to TV server
No connection to tv data base
On client pc I put the server name with IP in Host file. On TV Server of the client and also have the Streaming port of the TV of server I have changed from 554 to 5554.
I can reproduce the behaviour on 2 clients Vista and a WIn 7.
The Firewall in the server and also in the client are deactivated. Network is bases on patch panenel, gigabit switch and Fritzbox as router. The TV server always gets the same IP from Fitz Box. Do I have to change the Port settings in the Fitz Box.
As I understood this is not required, only important for external acces to trhe network.
