Summary: Is it possible to add a Radio codec selection option to MP config

Description:
Currently, if I listen to an MP3 it plays in stereo (as I have configured it), if I watch TV the audio output is upmixed to Dolby Surround (or plays in DD/DTS/AC3 etc). However, because the radio audio settings are shared with the TV audio settings, I can not independently change the way that the sound comes out of my speakers when listening to radio.
Ideally, it would be great if I could select "same as MP3s", or any other codec independent of the TV settings for radio audio output.
