Hi,

I am having a few problems watching HD TV, when i am viewing a channel it is slightly jumpy and pixelated and once every 30 seconds. I am using an old version of Core AVC which i get the best results with, Power DVD 10 seems a little worse.

The client machine is connected to my TV server over a 100mb wired connection.

Do i need to do something with the codec?

Cheers

I've tried them all and the only one to consistently deliver quality jitter free live hdtv is the microsoft codec.

Ok, ill have a look at this later. Is it a built in codec or do i need to add it?

I have a Win7 machine with the same problem, but that has no codecs on at all apart from the standard stuff that comes with the install.
