[TV] Combined Channels Channel Numbers (1 Viewer)

When combining TV or radio channels in TV Server currently MediaPortal will keep both sets of channel numbers active. This can be a bit of a pain to maintain and does get confusing. What would be better is if when the channel was combined it had just one channel number assigned to it, preferably the number that was assigned to the channel with.

So in a nutshell changing the current implimentation from:

Combine Channel A + B = Both Different Channel Numbers Retained

to

Combine Channel A + B = Drop channel B's channel number and retain just channel A's.
