As you can see at 14:13:58 there is no CIAPI.DLL file in \programfiles\teammediaportal\tvserver (I don't know why, because I use installer and DLL file exists in the source).I copied this file from tvengine3\tvlibrary\tvserver.base, restart tvservice and at 17:30:42 you will see it's ok now. at 17:38:51 cam not enabled but later is ok, as I understood
