EDIT: Rather than create a new thread I'll just edit this one, just in case the original problem has some strange effect on this last one. Read below for the latest updates. I've done a fresh install and now nothing works.

I recently upgraded (or rather did a fresh install) of 1.0, and and then updated to 1.0.1. I fixed a few issues relating to TV3 Blaster plugin and channel changing on the Dish STB only to find that the 1.0.1 release will not play audio from our Dish STB. It sounds like you're forcing an audio player to "play" raw data...lots of random sound. A bit difficult to explain!

I ran the WatchDog and have attached the logs.

After a complete removal and re installation I can't even get the TV server/service to show up in the TV-Server setup. It won't find the localhost or its cards. I do not understand how a fresh install would simply not work at all when the upgrade worked fine save the audio. Logs below.

TV-Server Logs are below. First is Error.log, the second and third are installation logs and the last is tv.log.

edit: attached full zip file
