Compro T750F Remote (1 Viewer)

Hi all.
Running Media Portal on XP fairly steadily.
Only one un resolved issue of the remote control configuration.
Currently I am trying the Windows Media center certified remote that came with my Compro T750F tuner card, and getting absolutely nowhere...
Admittedly, as a beginner I find it hard to follow the setting up stages on Ir suit and Tv server.
Two questions:
1. Is anyone using the above mention remote successfully, and can enlighten me (please)?
2. Is there any beginners guide (and I mean beginners) to setting up a remote to control MP?

Do not know whether you have sorted your remote issues. The only reason I found your thread was that I was thinking of purchasing the Compro VideoMate T750F, and was doing some research through the various forums. Since decided against it, as it is not dual digital, and have read reports of the card having varying signal strength problems, worst case scenario 0% to 100%.

Anyway, I have attached some links that i came across that may help you.

BTW, how do you find this card in regard to picture and recording quality.
