Comskip, Client? (1 Viewer)

Afternoon, quick question.

At the moment if you open the Server Config and Client Config there's a ComSkip plugin for each? are they both the same? and if you enable one, does it enables the other? (and do you need both enabled for it to work?)

According to some other posts it makes a second file thats then read by the client? does the client do this automatically?

Don't think this works on seperate server client machines only singleseat setups and its the TVServer comskip plugin that needs to be enabled.

Thanks for the quick reply - at the moment ive got both enabled, so I'll l turn of the client. So it does automatically use the ComSkip generated file?

Does it work on timeshift?

Not at this moment in time, only completed recordings.
