Configuration Freezes on Exit? (1 Viewer)

Hello,

after "Update Mediainfo" of a allready imported image (for new file details), Moving Picture "freezes" after closing window: A popup with "working..." stays and I can't go back to config.

The update does fine, all Mediainfo is displayed, but it can't be stored. After killing Configuration.exe and restarting, it's lost.

Configuration needs 100% (of one) CPU Power.

Can you please try to reproduce the error with debug logging turned on and post updated log files? And can you be a bit more detailed on how to reproduce? And are there any similar situations where the issue does not reproduce?

I made three different tests:

1 : Image/BR unmounted after update and before closing Moving Pictures config: Everything fine!

2: Same Image kept mounted and closed MovPic config: Freeze!

3: Different Film Image / BR Disc unmounted after update and before closing Moving Pictures config: Freeze!

Because of the different results of 1 & 3 it seems, the Film/Image has something to do with the problem?!?

Mounting a blu-ray image and then scanning mediainfo causes a freeze. I'm currently trying to solve this puzzle

The '3' got lost, [I think] it is issue 683.

[edit] lol, I used the SVN to search on 'mounting' and issue 683 popped out as the only related one. Should have searched on "Blu Ray", then 686 pops out. And when you search on "bluray" then both 683+686 pop out. One would think Google can make a better search system on their google.code website

Actually i ment Issue 686 - moving-pictures - Cannot play a Blu-Ray iso, moreover MP freezes when pressing Play. - Project Hosting on Google Code but 683 might also be related it's a mediainfo conspiracy !

THis is also true if you insert a real blue ray disk, non only for images. Mediaportal seems to continuously try to access the blue ray and freezes when pressing play on any movie. Also mediaportal.exe and configuration.exe do not detach correctly (they remain in process list after closing). If I extract the blue ray from the player no problem.
