    Just installed a fresh installation of MediaPortal RC3

    When I open the visualisation tab in the music section (configuration window). The configuration window crashes with a "unhandled exception". MP crashes when I try to play a song (probably when trying to show a viz).

    I get no crashes when using the internal dShow player.

    I tried to replace the mpviz.dll with an older version, and I removed all my visualisations too.

    I'm getting the following error message:

    See the end of this message for details on invoking
    just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

    ************** JIT Debugging **************
    To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
    application or computer (machine.config) must have the
    jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
    The application must also be compiled with debugging
    enabled.

    For example:

    <configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
    </configuration>

    When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
    will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
    rather than be handled by this dialog box.

    The working directory is set wrong for the Desktop and Startmenu entries,
    Unfortunately, we noticed that after release.
    Please correct the Path and try again.

    Hi,
    This it's a missing resource (Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package) which you can download & install from here.

    This will most likely be included in the final release so the problem doesn't happen again.

    Regards
    Roy
